A section between the building next to your site on Front Street, the proposed open space and your building. The space will be very narrow and dark. It may be similar to the alley off of Main Street. I do not know if this is a good thing to create. I would suggest just shifting your building next to the neighboring building and creating more open space in front of the building if you really need a square building. Or use this extra space for vertical circulation, (fire stairs, service elevator, bathrooms...)
Where is the site located and how big is the site? Is there a reason the building is oriented the way you have, because of the sun angles, feng shui, fronting a main street, etc.
